This research stream focuses on the restructuring paths of multinational manufacturing enterprises' global production networks and logistics chains under multilateral geopolitical competition. Leveraging the cross-border network of our UK headquarters alongside our Singapore and India offices, we systematically evaluate industrial ecosystems, energy costs, and workforce resilience across major global manufacturing hubs, moving beyond generic macroeconomic forecasts. By constructing quantitative Geopolitical Compliance Stress Tests and Multimodal Transport Alternative Models, our team directly addresses supply chain disruption risks arising from sudden tariff changes, chokepoint blockades, or sanctions bottlenecks. We support multinational clients during the pre-investment phase by breaking down complex overseas entry policies and implicit marginal costs, converting macro strategies such as "China+1" or multi-regional diversification into actionable implementation roadmaps.
